The Pastry Place & Bake Shop

Ive been ordering from this place last couple of years. Love the cakes overall. Honestly, giving 3 stars just for the cakes. But I had to write this, last few visits, Ive noticed a guy working there. Seems very very very rude and disinterested. When asked about different cakes he was least interested in giving any info. Simply said (Im not a baker). But yes, you work there, you must know what ingredients are used, which cakes can be made, whats the time frame etc. He was absolutely discourteous and unpleasant to talk to. Good businesses should know what kind of people they need upfront. People come here to order for their special days, not to feel bad and regretful after placing an order.

Tried the chocolate pastry and cherry cheesecake. Nice and friendly staff but the chocolate pastry was not fresh and it was hard like a cardboard.

Ordered a cake for our Moms 80th birthday. It was AMAZING! So beautiful and attention to detail was phenomenal. Cake was moist and delicious, buttercream frosting was yummy!! Will definitely be coming back!!

Not satisfied with taste. When complained they told this is how we built it. Worst bakery.

Pick the cake up wasn't what I asked for once I got in home. I wanted a white cake with white icing. It had Custer filling inside it and it was not sweet at all. It was no taste to it but it was beautiful looking.
