        We opened an account here for my teen son who is disabled (Autism). The account manager who assisted us, Travis B., was professional and friendly. He was helpful with my questions and it was a positive experience. It may seem small, but for my son it was a big deal to do something adult like this and to be treated with respect and understanding. Thank you to Travis and TD Ottawa Street Branch.

        Appears another manager promotion based on seniority not customer service skills or friendliness. Outside my home branch it's painfully obvious another bank would appreciate more our 14 corporate accounts and services we pay over $450 a month for. It's become an absolute joke. Zero friendliness, customer engagement, or thought out into any questions or requests by branch management teams!
