        This bank does not even deserve 1 star. I can bring in a certified cheque and they never release the full amount. I need to make a change to my banking and they always tell me to make an appointment.little to no effort given to meet my banking needs

        Generally unhelpful and abysmal lines at almost all hours of the day. When bringing serious matters to their attention the trend to say they'll look into it, charge you for a printout and day it's all fine, sending you on your way with zero research done or explaination

        Why can't I deposit cash on the drive thru ATM. Tried a few times and it keeps rejecting my money. So stupid this modern technology sucks
