Absolutely amazing place...Yvonne is extremely friendly and helpful...feels like home when you visit...sometimes just drop in for a chat even...she'll answer any questions you have and you'll probably end up being best friends before you leave

The lady at the front desk sold me a bottle of tanning lotion that was meant for advanced tanners knowing Im a beginner for $141 total with taxes and gave me 90 minutes free tanning. After talking with coworkers I found out that the bottle I bought retails for $30-70 online and that other tanning salons offer a full month of free tanning when you purchase a bottle of $80+. I went in today to ask for a refund and she said she couldnt and asked what was wrong with the bottle. When I told her that I feel like I was a little ripped off and that other salons have better offers she was extremely rude and told me that was not true and I didnt know what I was talking about. I politely told her its fine if she cant give me a refund but that other places do offer free months of tanning and told her multiple times that I did not want to argue with her. She proceeded to tell me that she wasnt arguing, she was setting me straight and then brought a customer into the conversation trying to gang up on me telling me that thinking I could get a month free tanning with the purchase of a bottle somewhere else is ridiculous and does not exist. I used up my free minutes and I will never go back. That lady is so rude and unprofessional, she also has no idea what shes talking about clearly. I went to Tantalize today and had the best experience ever and heard first hand from the girls that work there that they do offer a month free tanning on $80 bottles, and for the $144 I spent on the bottle from Caribbean, I wouldve received three months of free tanning.
