The owner is the man! I had recently moved to Windsor and have been looking for a new butcher and meat shop. I was introduced to the store and could not be happier. There is such a variety of meats, cheeses, baked goods, and seafood! Plus if you dont see what you want, he can make sure to place an order so you can get it. We ended up purchasing a loaf of focaccia from a local bakery sold there, orange duck sausages, and marrow burger patties. If my wife and I hadnt eaten them all so quickly, I wouldve taken some photos.

Steve is a great guy and he does actually only sell the best cuts! I bought boar from him on an occasion and it was fantastic! I had to ask how to properly cook and season it and he spared no detail and was awesome to deal with.
