Bought a phone case from them 3 weeks ago with a stand on the case & the stand just fell off. It looks like I can screw it back on but I tried and I cant!

Bought a screen protector from them and within 2 weeks the thing was all chipped and cracked at the bottom..the phone wasnt dropped or manhandled to cause it. Had screen protectors on all my old phones, never had this happen. Also the case I got from them same time is already chipping paint off the case

My wife and I bought a phone case from this place. We got home and wanted to charge her phone. We opened the charge port plug and it fell off. After handling the device a couple more times, more pieces fell away until the case was nothing more than a backplate. We were unable to return same or next day. But we went back less than 48hrs later to either get a refund or an exchange, to which we were told that either option was impossible. Tl;dr. Dont go to this kiosk, speaking of phones is a much better and cheaper place to meet your devices needs. They wont refund, but they will at least exchange the product.
