I believe the new equipment with this new location has made the chicken taste much better. The parking lot is very bumpy in spots, so be careful. Edit- This store still needs to work out a much better system for their drive thru. It's no exaggeration to expect to sit in the drive thru AT least a half hour. I have gotten the wrong items or not received an item at all that I ordered. Today I got a large fry when I asked for my drunk and fry to be upsized. He owner needs to hire more people for the busy times to make this one more efficient. The food tastes great, but these constant screw ups and wasting time in line forever is ridiculous.

Pros. The restaurant was clean. The staff was courteous. The food was quickly made and delicious. Cons. The gravy. WOW. What happened?? As a restaurant known for its gravy, why would you change the one thing that makes those fries palatable?? It makes no sense going from good thick gravy, to this super thin, brown water that has zero taste. Yuck. Regrettably, the change in gravy may be the final nail. Sucks really, the chicken is great .

I ordered online from home to pick-up at this location and the online ordering menu had a promo for a free small popcorn chicken with sauce. When I picked up my order I informed them this wasn't in the bag. They told me that it wasn't on the order and insisted I provide proof. I told them I placed the order at home on my computer and although I was checking my e-mail in front of him, they never e-mailed me my order details. The staff shouldn't insinuate that their customers are liars, especially over something as trivial as a small popcorn chicken on a $50 order. I wasn't just walking in off the street asking for free food. Upon returning home I looked at the computer and sure enough, it is on there. I've downloaded the PDF of the order and forwarded it to online support. It's ridiculous I'd have to drive all the way back there to resolve this as your website doesn't give direct contact information for each store location.

Omg. Got the 14 piece meal, fries were cold gravy is absolutely terrible (tasted like out of a can), the macaroni salad was starchy, the green cold slaw is no more, the new coleslaw, well let's just say I make better. The chicken was very greasy and did not taste the same at all. I will say the service was good, but the wait time was not. I must say we will never go back to another KFC again. Not worth the money or time. IT'S JUST NOT THE SAME RECIPIES!!!!!!
