        When we went for pickup they informed us that a sandwich we ordered wasnt available, which would have been nice to know when ordered. They offered a Big Crunch which was basically a chicken tender with a small blob of mayo and some lettuce ( so 65% bun) Nothing big about it. Just tasteless. Sad to see the quality has gone so far down the hill.

        This KFC has a habit of failing to provide customers with their full orders. I've ordered using the KFC app multiple times from this location and there has been many occasions when a part of my order was not given to me when I got home. Needless to say I'm not coming back to this location; overpriced low quality chicken and disgusting customer service. Avoid and spend your hard earned money elsewhere there's tons of better fried chicken restaurants not even 5 minutes away.
