Bamboo Chinese Eatery

Phoned in yesterday for a delivery order and the man who answered the phone was less than pleasant. Plus it took nearly 2 hours for it to be delivered and we live 7 mins away from the restaurant. While I understand it was mother's day and it was most likely busy, the way he handled it could've been done A LOT better. He was very rude with his responses and made me uncomfortable. I used to love coming here for dine-in but unfortunately with the service that was given yesterday, I doubt I'll ever go back. Though the portion sizes are generous and the food is good customer service is also important and I will not contribute to a restaurant with attitude problems towards their customers.

Food is good but the owner who always answers the phone is very rude and abrupt and needs to be nicer to his customers! I want to tell him how rude he is every time I order but I dont think it would make a differece

Used to be my favorite Now dinner for five has become dinner for 2. But they give you lots of greens to make up but not enough of the main plates. Everything tasted the same. Very rude customer service our last two times have been awful. Will be finding a different place now.
