        Always make courier drivers wait due to their own issues. Team members dont want to make orders by thinking someone else will make it . Request to manager to get intouch with team and explain to make orders ready on time.. atleast dont argue with each other while making orders. I hope they stop wasting couriers time

        The employees were friendly, although my daughter's Hershey hot chocolate was made very sloppy. Considering they had a good amount of staff working at the time, I feel as if the service could of been quicker.
