Staff was good tonite aside from Trying buy some pizza knowing their oven is broken, not to mention no one wears hairs nets. Dealing with food. Worst 7-11 I've ever been to. Exec should be reading these posts

Extremely disrespectful. A girl with blue hair came out of the store and start yelling at my friends and I. We were just sitting in front of the store with our drinks that we bought. She was telling us to move away from the doors because we were blocking customers from coming in. We were very understanding about it so we just moved to the side of the store. Then, she comes back and yells at us get away from the store, this is private property she said it very rudely when we werent even disrupting anyone or doing anything wrong. I was very disappointed with the level of disrespect this lady had.

Stingy with their free nacho cheese and chili (only for hotdogs and nachos) even though no sign indicates that. I bought other items with full intent to add cheese, only to be denied after purchase. This is clear bait and switch.

The rudest staff ive ever seen, the Customer service was so bad. We dropped some slushie near the counter as we were paying for it and the lady working got so mad. We apologized for it aswell but she threw the napkins at the counter and told my friend to clean it up and get out. She began to throw in rude comments even the people in line behind us got into the conversation and realized how disrespectful she was getting. Even the other lady that was working with her didnt say a word and looked to stunned to speak by the lack of disrespect she was giving.
