    I shared a few reviews online about my experience since no one at your company actually listened - in fact, most of your employees hung up on me or said they would call me back (and then didn't). Go listen to the call recordings - you'll see that we were nothing but pleasant and kind (considering we called more than 20 times). We were asking FCA to cover a $1,000 max repair (a negligible cost for a global car manufacturer), for a part they knew was faulty - you took almost 4 months to respond and told us not to drive the car in the meantime (try 4 months without a car in the suburbs). Anyways, thanks for nothing. Hopefully you'll correct this issue in the future. I'll be sharing more shortly. For now, just don't buy a vehicle from any FCA brand (Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, etc).

    My car is in their garage for 2 weeks waiting for a part that it is being delayed by the Chrysler manufacturer duo to issues with current logistics situation in the world post COVID. I get it. I really do. But the minimum I would expect from them is to offer me some support, a loaner or retal in partneship with the dealership. They say they can't help me because my "extended warrany" expired by 15k. Well, if you as a costumer knew that it would take 2w or 1 month to receive a part from the manufacturer , then I would act different. Basically, I would not recommended anybody purchasing a Chrysler now. God knows when they will recover from that. The dealership and manufacturer should be working together to help their customer. And they are not. All I hear is: "I am sorry you are without your only car for 2 weeks". They want to deal with their contracts in a binary way. "No Warranty, no help" But they ask me for empathy to understand that "Given the covid situation, our production is delayed" Don't ask for my empathy if you can't do the same.

    I seems that "Customer Service" should really be called "Customer Disservice". If you try to phone, the system often automatically hangs up on you. If you finally do get to talk to someone, (after being on hold for ages) you find they can't help you and transfer you to someone else (with another 1/2 hour on hold). Once you get a Case #, even that doesn't seem to help, especially when the dealer tells you they ignore the Case #'s and then diagnose the problem themselves (even when you specifically tell them where to look). With a Case #, you receive an email that you can't reply to, so if you want an update, you have to go through the whole phone system (with all the appropriate wait times) again. And if they say they will "expedite" the delivery of the part to the dealer, you have no way of knowing or finding the status of that delivery, and neither does the dealer. It is frustration to the extreme, and is certainly not the way it should be.

    Terrible customer service! After 4 calls to try to have someone answer my questions, the customer care representative hung up on me and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. Very frustrating experience.
