        Worst customs broker ever. Why having a phone line when no one is going to answer?? They use lame excuses to justify their incompetence. Carriers need to stop taking loads that uses Wilson as their customs broker. Next time going to avoid loads having Wilson as their customs broker. Negative star

        NO ONE PICKS UP THEIR PHONES ON THE WEEKENDS. ITS SO PATHETIC SERVICE AND VERY FRUSTRATING. CUSTOMERS BETTER LOOK FOR A BETTER CUSTOMS BROKER

        Terrible broker. They dont answer their phone. They take hours upon hours to even submit the load customs clearance. They frequently submit incorrect paperwork. Their loads ridiculously longer times to clear than their customers. Sometimes they dont get clear at all.
