Galaxy Medical Alert Systems

My mother-in law had the personal alarm pendant with the fall detection monitor. She fell in the shower when no one was home. The alarm triggered automatically, sent emergency personnel to our home and alerted my husband that there was an incident. By the time he left work and got back to our house (approx. 20 minutes),the EMS was there and had gained access to the house using the lockbox provided by Galaxy. My mother-in-law was taken to Emergency where it was determined she broke her femur (badly). Without the Galaxy alarm, she would have lain in the shower for hours undetected. We are so grateful for how well this all worked.

The Galaxy company has been amazing to deal with from the fist call, for information only to arrange to set up the system for my Mom. Every person I spoke with was informative, helpful, patient and very pleasant. Even the first trial to the call center was the same kind, helpful, professional, and informative. A really great company to work with, and make our family feel so comfortable knowing the are behind the service protecting our 93 year old Mom. Thank you.

Where do I start with this company . We got this system for my mother and had nothing but issues with the unit . The customer service is literally one guy running the entire thing and good luck getting ahold of him when hes not on vacation or unable to speak with you because hes in the states . The unit had false alerts notifying 911 services. Its such an unreliable service for something so important . If you want reliability and customer service ( which is key ) do not waste your money of this device . This is a system that one guy cant operate alone !!! Obviously

Less than one month after install, this system saved our Mum's life. It worked precisely as expected and couldn't be simpler to use by a elderly individual.

My experience with this company has be quite bad. Unreliable customer service. Just called the alert headquarters to start testing my mothers system that I prepaid for AN ENTIRE YEAR, and they cant find her account! How can trust the life of my mother to such incompetence! Warning to would be customers: based on my experience - stay away.
