We wanted a guarantee that all of Dixie would get back to us. That she did and in such a quick and efficient timely manner. Precious Pet was at the utmost sincerity with how they were with us as their clients; we never felt like we were dealing with a business, but rather two simple individuals that wanted nothing more than to see the family get Dixie back in a way she can be properly remembered forever. Our package included her urn & name tag, as well as a paw print cast. Thank you Ron & Janet with your above & beyond

Would highly recommend if you are going through the loss of a pet. Janet is very sweet and full of compassion. I have no doubt my baby was handled with the utmost care. I received his urn within 24 hours and he is back home with his family.
