Giant Tiger

Yesterday, was my 1st time ever, going into a Giant Tiger. Smaller than a Wal-Mart or a grocery store, but .. It had everything a person could want! What a great department store - with an "old school" homey feel inside .. with neatly organised departments / square area's, for each type of item ..and then rows, when it comes to grocery items - along with a good selection of fresh & frozen items. I felt totally at ease while inside - it felt, like I was back in the "old days", with like-minded shoppers, and friendly staff. There was even an option to bag your purchases, in a large, quality, paper bag! The items they sell - clothes (wow - amazing prices!!) / furnishings / toys / stuff, are all great choices - and ALL, at super-great prices! AND, if you sign up for an A/C, you can get additional savings! Oh and .. You get to use a nice roomy "change room", to try on your clothing items!! (Unlike Wal-Mart, which forbids trying-on stuff)! If you look at the pic I uploaded, you'll note the changing room decor (love the words!), and the items I ended up buying - good quality jeans, for $24, and a reduced peasant-top (as they were called in the past), for $7. Amazing! Incredible! Throughout the store, everything is priced well .. And it's logically organized .. And it's clean & tidy ..there's country music playing overhead, and the staff, are helpful & friendly. Seriously .. I'm super happy with my excursion into the store yesterday, and would highly recommend others to shop there as well !!
