I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years but that means nothing to the auto department. This auto department does not deserve loyal customers. They tried to tell me at first that there was no record of me coming to get tires changed last November, and then when the record was found, they blamed me for one lugnut being cross threaded because I did not come back for a free torque last November. You don't even have a record of me getting tire changed, how were you even going to give me a free torque. And don't tell me it's the vibrations that made the lugnut become cross threaded. Yeah right, the vibrations from driving made one lugnut on one single wheel become cross threaded. Your technician over threaded my lugnut back in November and then the manager tried to gaslight me into thinking I did not have my tires changed there when I have only stored and changed tires at your location since I bought the tires at this very store. And then when my service record magically appeared, the blame was put on my not coming back for a free torque. I was changed for $200+ for your mistake and that's after a measly 10% discount given very begrudgingly. This is atrocious customer service and I will definitely never spend another dime at any Canadian Tire.
