        I enjoyed the sessions/ follow up as well the information and handouts that Natalie offered. I felt that she listened well and so was able to provide an adequate plan to reach my goals. She made it "easy" in the sense that it did not feel so out of reach or unattainable so I was motivated to follow it. The explanations, the why's of doing or not doing something (for example how certain foods or the time we eat affect blood sugar) help in making informed decisions. Overall, I would say she is thorough and makes sure to share the information needed and would work with you to reach your goals.
