I would give this clinic no stars if I could. I take my 86 year old dad in to see his Doctor. He walks with a cane, has a bad back, needs help getting his mask on and is almost completely deaf. He needs me with him at all times to assist. I am his caregiver. After we checked in (the receptionist didn't say anything that I wasn't wearing a mask) and they asked us to go sit in the waiting area. Then another nurse tells me I have to put a mask on. I told her that I was sorry but I was exempt, can't wear one and I have a doctor's note. She didn't care, said you have to wear one otherwise go to emergency, knowing fully well that this is not an emergency or we would have already gone there. There is No mask mandate anymore. I don't have to wear one. It is they who have decided to keep this policy in place when it is not necessary. They should respect those who choose to wear the mask as well as those who cannot, especially when with the same doctor at his other clinic there is no problem without a mask. These people choose to make an issue of it. The arrogance in her voice when she said to go to ER. Such a stupid woman for speaking like that. Why would I go to ER for a non emergency and waste their time? They would just kick us out anyway. Some workers here have no class or empathy whatsoever. By the lineup I can see its going to be a bit of a wait. So I had to leave my poor dad in there by himself because they kicked me out. Hope he remembers to talk to the doctor about the issues he has. And I hope we never have to come here again.
