This company is awful, bills always late called let them know I was moving they told me had pay $793 before they set up other place, I nearly had a heat attack.. I only had heat on for a little over a week Dec 22-January 2/23 I work 9-10hrs my children are in school we bundle up with blankets I called they stated my hydro low how my water was over $400, how is this possible seriously I freeze us to save money because Im a single mom this cant be possible. I asked for some time stated pay bill in full or wont connect my other place. I tried to explain no way bill should be that high Just got rudeness How are they allowed get away with this

I was on assistance for about 6 months couldn't pay the electrical bill only rent. They let the bill get to about 650$ around the time i got back to work, They decided to provide me with a cut off notice for May. I went to apply for keep the heat due to the circumstances and they said they go back 2 months for income. Isn't it funny enwin decided to do the cutoff around tax time so you wouldn't be eligible for keep the heat if you received a decent tax return. Just a bunch of legal scamming sounds like to me

The freezing rain storm broke a branch on the neighbors tree. The 2 Enwin guys came and started talking down to my gf and me immediately. He was incredibly rude and condescending. Terrible customer service. And told me they're not fixing it as the stack was pulled off the house. It took them 3 days to come check it out and tell me it's my problem. Complete garbage company and customer service.

Soulless, greed-driven company, out to make a buck off you, no matter how much harm they cause. The people working there should be ashamed of themselves. The greedy days should be over! Time to make this service public again!
