Please go to another location. I ordered a buddha bowl and by the time I got home the noodle was so cold and hard and it was impossible to eat. So I called them to let them know and the girl that I spoke to (who claimed that she was the manager) stated that there is no way the noddle was cold and hard. She got very defensive and rude and hung up on me because she said they were closed (It was 8:35 and according to Google they were open until 9). To be honest I didnt call to ask for my money back, Buddha bowl is one of my favorite dishes and I used to order that so often at Lakeshore location when I worked in that area and it was always great. This was the second time I got the cold noodles from the Divison location so I thought they might be open for feedbacks but the customer service was impressively bad and disappointing. P/s: I just read some reviews about this location and apparently Im not the only one who has cold noddle in my bowl.

Came here and got a burrito but they had forgotten to heat up the protein. They were so kind and re made my order no problem. Thank you Freshii team!!!

Went to this location for lunch on a Sunday and there hours say they are open at noon but I was there at 12:15 and no sign of anyone in sight woth the doors locked. Wasted a good majority of the time I have for lunch coming here to find out they are closed. If u aren't going open Sunday change your times on Google and the front door.

The food was very good, nice and fresh. I wish the sald had a bit more greens in it. I found it a bit pricey for the cost.
