        I would like to personally appreciate the employee AVA, Who works at this location she is always so happy and on the ball when I come in she is so quick to help others has amazing customer service and food service skills and can handle customer complaints from what I have overheard!!         Today was a miserable experience at Tim Horton's. I ordered med. hot coffee and cup of iced water. but this location did not provide me with the Tim Hortons experience. The staff was extremely rude. Non professional attitude! Even there order pickup system very awkward which randomly given to customers. When I ordered coffee, it arrived without holding sleeve after long time. When I asked, the employees ignored me like she never heard me. Time was 12:15 pm.
