She's Hercules Women's Wellness Center

Shes Hercules is such an amazing gym. I look forward to each class and always have such a great work out and some laughs. I love how unique each class is and how quickly you feel welcomed and part of the group. Shes Hercules is a great space for women to work out and to have a good time. I have noticed a big change in my overall day to day mood as well as my confidence. Ive also made many new friends! Its a great place to workout

I look forward to Shes Hercules classes all week! When I first started here, I had been paying for a gym membership for 6+ months and used it only 3-4 times. After starting bootcamp I felt comfortable working out at the gym all by myself! Ended up cancelling the gym to go more often at SH because its wayyyyyy more entertaining. Thanks for all the time and effort you put into your clients Sarah! Truly wants the best for her girls.

I absolutely love Shes Hercules classes. Sarah makes the classes fun, comfortable and challenging yet accessible for beginners. I highly recommend as I found most other group classes awkward and intimidating but not here! You will be dying while laughing because all of the girls are hilarious! Thank you Sarah for helping me reach my fitness goals and providing a judgement free environment to work out in!

I am a hard working over weight wife and mother who never found time to take care of myself. Sarah, the owner of Shes Hercules, has motivated me and pushed me to my limit. Words cannot express how grateful I am! Sarah has worked with my annoying busy schedule and helped me make my health a priority in my life! Ive had a wonderful experience with not only Sarah, but Shelby and Deneige! Thanks ladies!
