Asked for a flooring quote, the first one they had to reschedule. Understandable! We booked time off work and drove across town for the second quote only to be completely stood up. When I called they said "oh he (not sure who 'he' is) was supposed to call to reschedule". Well, 'he' didn't. Will not use and would not recommend. By the way 'he' did end up texting to reschedule, 45 minutes after he stood us up. Probably after his office called asking why he didn't feel the need to contact us at all. Too bad, this one project could have turned into many but will look for a contractor who respects people's time.

Randy and his team has done an incredible job. Went above and beyond. It is fascinating to see the precision with which they work. Came across many surprises while working (like molds under floor, no insulation behind drywall, poor plumbing etc.) but they have always informed us and recommended the best solutions. After the work was done, they cleaned up all the dust, debris and made all the surrounding look pristine. Not to mention that they are amazingly friendly. I highly recommend them. They deserve 5 stars. Kudos to this extraordinary team who has Randy(Backsplash, drywall sanding, door & wall paints, mold removal, painting cabinets) Ray & Josh (Cabinets, Countertop, baseboards, painting cabinets) Mark, Darrell (Frame/Studs, Flooring, mold removal) Other gentleman - sorry forgot the name (Drywalls installation). Randy and Ray also helped us with many other things like washer & dryer leveling issue, water leak issue, over the stove microwave balance issue etc.
