Must of come at a bad time the guy on the phone was so kind an helpful. Tells me come in an try to find a matching floor. I show up no ones in show room to help, an when finally approached shot down in seconds told id never be able to lock in to what they had. On my own I found an instant match that it locked into an this guy was basically pushing me out the door before I could. Seemed like the second he knew I only needed one box I was invisible. Also needs a huge attitude adjustment. Not very friendly just felt like I was a burden to ask anything. Like guy on phone acts like they can help me guy on floor treats me like a joke! So when I replace my entire homes flooring I will go somewhere im respected. Your associate was rude an arrogant was no help at all!

We had almost our entire house worth of flooring purchased at and installed by The Floor Store (Luxury Vinyl Plank). Chris Moran was the sales person that handled our job and I cannot remember the installers name but I was pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. They were helpful, courteous and prompt in their service. The installer was great, he worked quickly and cleaned up after himself; he seemed to really take pride in his work and even told me, "I install floors like I would in my own home." There were a few small details that I noted and they were prompt to make sure I was satisfied. They were able to provide beautiful, durable flooring installed within our budget, I would recommend them to anyone looking to get new flooring.

The Floor Store installed carpeting on our stairway and upstairs hallway. The installer was efficient and courteous. He completed the job in a timely manner. The completed job looks great, and at a great price. Thank you Floor Store!
