Great store with tons of options, great prices, knowledgeable guys, excellent customer service, excellent communication, and on time delivery. I ended up buying 700+ sq. ft. of hardwood floor here after looking at more than half a dozen other flooring stores in Windsor and I'm glad I did it here. I was helped to choose the flooring to match an older sample that I had with me. I didn't feel pushed to buy the flooring here but rather I received help when I asked for and I was provided with options that I didn't even know about. I was told I'll receive the flooring within 10-14 days and that's what actually happened. In the mean time I called the store to make sure that the flooring which I chose from hundreds of different samples is available. A few minutes after that the store called me back after confirming the availability with the factory - outstanding communication!
