Ruined my order and my surprise. Ordered flowers online for Mothers Day, while living 4+ hours away. Called right away and asked several times if they can be delivered before 3pm before my mom leaves work. Was assured and promised more than once this would be no problem. 3:40pm and still no delivery. Called back in a panic, they refused to cancel my order without charging me. Kept telling me that theyre busy. Changed the delivery address to my moms house. Flowers were delivered at 4:55pm with a delivery notice stating by 4pm. False promises from the start. They ruined the Mothers Day surprise. I will not be returning and will never recommend.

Would love to Thank Kathy for the most beautiful arrangement for my grandmother's funeral today. So many people were commenting on how full and how amazing of a job she did. If u need a wonderful arrangement this is defined the place u want to go. Thank you so much
