        Horrible customer service. I went for a propane exchange at around 540. I waited outside patiently knowing he had to deal with customers. After about 10 minutes I poked my head in and he said he'll be right out after these customers. When he came out I was expecting the standard "sorry about the wait" but what I got was "You should do this in the morning when it's not so busy so you don't have to wait so long" to which I replied "I don't do much barbecuing in the morning." he kept trying to tell me how I should plan ahead and yada yada but I was more focussed on just getting my tank and leaving before I said something I'd regret. This guy should not be in customer service.
