Wig shopping can be very emotional and trying to begin with. My sister suggested we drive down from London to check out From the Heart. Jackie was very professional, courteous, patient and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the choices presented to me. Our time there was relaxed and enjoyable and we weren't made to feel rushed at all. Kudos to Jackie and her sisters who truly care about their clients and customer service!

Great selection of wigs. Jackie was amazing and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Thank you Jackie for making this period of my life a little easier to deal with, it was much appreciated.

It's a cute store with lots of little gems and trinkets... and in the back is the wig boutique. Went here to get a wig for my mom. The staff was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. She found the wig for her..and now we just wait for it to be ordered. It was a very good experience for my mom and for that I'm happy. I will mention although I'm not stressed about it. I purchased a cute pair of earrings and when I got home I tried to take the backing off to put them in and the earring broke. I'm sure they would replace them if I brought them in so I'm not really worried.

We have shopped at From the heart since it opened. There is no store that can compare with theirs for "bend over backwards" help searching for the perfect card or gift. They are all intuitive l and so kind to those with limited or different abilities. 5 star all the way. Give them a try, you will be pleased.
