I dont like the highlight what he did, he is not even listening what clients are explaining to him about their taste and preferences. He put too high volumed bleach on my hair to make it too patchy, i told him i dont want color on top of my scalp but he put color only on that area with very thick layers of highlight which i hate the most. I dn even like the hair cut at all. Too straight, i was too excited to go there even took day off from my work but everything ruined. Will not recommend anybody to this place.

Horrifying service. I was rushed in between clients as the original hair dresser had a medical emergency. My hair was completely destroyed. She did not check my curls after 20 minutes just poured the neutralizer right away. It looked horrible . I told her but she kept yelling at me no its fine its fine. She gave me a diffuser which was some kind of sock I did not even want her to touch my hair. Requesting my money back so we will see today . Service: Perms
