I booked 2 appointments with Trayelle on Feb 10th and got an email today, April 12th, that my appointments were cancelled because she was double booked. The wedding is June 10th, leaving me with next to no time to book another hairdresser. I am so disappointed. How does it take 2 months to realize youre double booked? In the cancellation email her assistant wrote, Regretfully I have to inform you that we have a booking conflict on June 10th as Tracey was unaware of a wedding party in the works of being booked. In the works of being booked when I had already booked? So unreliable and shes left us (the mother and sister of the groom) in a horrible position.
