Edit: Please note this is not traditional Chinese food. It is Hakka style which is Indo-Pak (desi) style Chinese. Some menu items are the same (such as the fried rice and corn soup), but the main dishes have a distinctly desi flavour. Ordered takeout for the 2nd time today, and throughly enjoyed! My family's favourites are the Chicken Corn Soup, the Fried Chicken appetizer, and the Chef's Special Fried Rice. I love the Hakka Noodles and Manchurian Chicken as well. Wait time was long, but my order was huge. Because they cook everything fresh, I was ok with the wait time for such a large order. Called when they first opened, and it took about 1.5 hours to prepare. Only thing I would change, of all the dishes I've tried so far, is to add more vegetables... maybe some broccoli... especially to the Stir Fried Veggies. Other than that, the freshness and flavour of the foods is delicious, and we'll definitely be coming back for more!

Food was ok . But this is not Haka . I had the haka noodles and it tasted very similar to lo mein at a regular Chinese noodles place . You have great opportunity to serve haka as many people would love a place dedicated to the Indo-Chinese cuisine . You also have a great opportunity to serve Calcutta style noodles as well . I wish you the very best , and hope the cuisine tends more to Indo-Chinese soon (if that was the intention )
