I've been with iAID for over a year, and I absolutely love it. Management is amazing, they're very flexible with pretty much everything you need. As an employee they make me feel safe knowing that they have my back when things goes sideways. They take good care of their own, I am proud to refer anyone (employees/client) to them because I know they'll be in good hands. They try their hardest to pair you with clients/work environment that best suit your needs as a worker. Their clients are treated as their own family. Honestly the iAID team is just really nice and down to earth people, and is a great company to work for. May God help them keep up the good work and keep on thriving! :-)

I called iAID around 4AM one month ago to talk about getting care for my husband. My husband has had Colon Cancer for 2 years and so Ive been getting so worn out because he is getting weaker and weaker. He was just recently diagnosed with Dementia. Some days he is more forgetful than other days. I do everything for him alone. My situation was getting harder and harder by the day. I spoke with Mary explaining my husbands situation. She is the one who is coordinating our care along with Jennifer. I felt that Mary genuinely cared for my husband and I from that initial phone call. She let met vent for almost 2 hours! She scheduled an in person assessment that same day. I was able to get my husbands care started within 1 day. The care thats been provided for the last month has been near perfect. I receive care 7 days a week for 8 hours a day. My husband is comfortable with the caregivers that come in and attend to his needs. After they care for my husband they help me cook/clean and do housework. I am able to leave for hours to go to the grocery store without worrying about my husband. I am able to go out for lunch with my friends and I am assured my husband is safe and comfortable. That overwhelming feeling of stress/guilt/ and constant worry has been lifted off of my chest because of iAIDs great care! Very personable management team and wonderful caregivers.
