NORTHERN HOME & COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS

As a first time home buyer, I was hoping to find a house that will not require too many things and so I needed to a reliable home inspector. I am so glad that my realtor recommend Stephan from Northern Home Inspections. He was very thorough in his inspections and answer all my questions with patience (I had a lots of a questions and worries as first time buyer). Very professional and kind. On top of that Stephan has a book on how to maintain your home! This book has been very helpful for someone moving from a rental apartment to owning her own house, I didn't know where to start but having the book helps. I highly recommend Northern Commercial and Home Inspection to anyone looking for an inspection.

Stephen did an excellent job with the home inspection. He is very knowledgeable about homes and construction styles from +100 years, and shares a lot of details and stories as he pursues the inspection. Stephen is thorough in his work. His drone imaging of the roof, the use of thermal imaging for the basement, and physical inspection of the attic add to the level of detail on the report. Even non-functional doorbells and missing bulbs aren't left out on the thorough report. If I were to buy my next property, I'll call Northern Inspections without any hesitation.

My wife and I decided to buy our 1st home. We looked up some good Imspections companies online and Northern Commercial Home Inspections turned out to be the best with multiple additional services like Infrared Imaging Tech etc. So we chose them. Steve was amazing. Very friendly to talk to, punctual, communicative.. He was there to answer all of our question on the spot - at the time of inspection and even after via emails and phone. He would help you simplify the report and explain you the next steps as to how to fix an issue, approx how much it would cost etc. He would also send you an approx cost of repair guide upfront to help you ease your move. I can write an essay about the experience, but to not take a lot of time of you readers, GO WITH STEVE AND NORTHERN HOME INSPECTIONS for your inspection needs. You'll not be disappointed.
