Best Western Plus Waterfront Hotel

I would give a negative score if I could. Listen my friends and I were going to Windsor to see Chicago earlier. We made reservations back in January and were going to be on the same floor with very close rooms. . BW called and had to move us due to repairs that were needed at the hotel. We were assured that the new accommodations would be similar to what we booked(Riverside view King Bed, etc.). The Holiday Inn Express they booked us into was not what we were thinking at all. We had a nice view of graffiti covered backs of business in a small hotel that had only two elevators that were hosting hockey teams. My friends were booked into the Doubletree. They got a suite and a view of the waterfront. I complained to Best Western but crickets, you can probably guess that our experience was dramatically less than our friends.
