        Worst customer service by Raj from front desk night shift. I was on a business trip and the person was so rude that doesnt even know how to talk to the customers and said that I dont care do whatever you want and complain whoever you want to as I simply asked for the water bottle in my room. Service : 1/5 More

        I was overall not satisfied with the hotel and its services. The rooms were clean and spacious but the rooms are not soundproof at all and the streets below are very very noisy. Even during the night time. The pool was ice cold and when asked to heat it it was said maintenance is working on it and when we went down later it was still cold. The parking situation was not ideal and if we were late in coming back at night it was not guaranteed to find a parking spot. Overall I dont think I will be visiting again.
