Having worked in the service industry for many years I can honestly say that the staff at Laura White's office are second to none for customer service, especially Jeanette Ware-Mikhael. Jeanette is a pleasure to deal with and truly makes me feel not only like a valued client, but a valued friend as well. I honestly never had such caring professional experience with an insurance company. I think having chosen a local firm makes a massive difference. Truly, they go above and beyond for my satisfaction, my safety and proactive measures to cover/protect myself and my assets (vehicles home etc). So far I am elated with my choice to go with this team.

Beth has always been extremely helpful and accomplishes every request in a timely manner! My husband and I have both have our car insurance as well as our home insurance with them, and have never had any issues. Very professional and knowledgeable.

One phone call and Amy handled changing our vehicle insurance dealt with the dealership so that when we went to pick up new vehicle all paperwork was completed. Excellent job highly recommend the agency and Amy.
