        Extremely poor customer service. All they are interested in is collecting payments. Absolutely no help at all when customer is dealing with very crooked adjust on the policy side. Now out over $80,000.00 on repairs as adjust never came to house and when the first unqualified company came to repair they were a joke. lydale came with unqualified supervisor and lied. Both companies were the premium restoration companies for Aviva in Edmonton. Had to pay for my own testing of lines that were broken as a result of adjuster 3 months after the water line break sending an email stating he had stopped the construction repairs in the house with no explanation.
