Let me start by saying I don't write reviews, and this is my first. The reason i am writing this review is the attentiveness and politeness shown to me recently during an interaction with Melissa at A&A insurance. Without prompting, but remembering that all my insurances were due in March, ( I asked them to quote in 2019 or 2018 ). Melissa reached out , extended a phone call and a significant amount of her time looking at my policies and trying to get me the optimal coverage and the best price in these financially pressured times. I get it, they are trying to get my business, but the politeness, kindness and time is a rarity in todays automated,, programmatic and "voice-mailed" world. Ty

Never have the same broker, cant get straight answers, not impressed and switching companies asap. Update: yes someone got back to me yesterday. The lady was nice. She didnt use sentences like there is nothing we can do to help you so that was nice. But having mulitple people work on different insurance files has proven to be a mess. I appreciate the lady helping me out yesterday, but the last two years of getting the run around has just been enough. I have been with this brokerage for many years and the first few years were great. I had Lynn G as my brojer and she was amazing... after that it was just a mess. Thanks anyways.
