The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went there to buy an esspreso pot. I went home and tried it, it was leaking (Probably cheap quality) I came back to return it, the worker started to yell at me and told me don't by this again. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend anyone to buy anything from this store. If it was for me, I would give 0 star!

Stay away from here, this place is awful!!!! I went in to buy a coffee grinder which is a very simple thing, and I had a terrible experience. I had never been into Stokes before so I went in to look for a coffee grinder while my wife was shopping at another store. I found two, one was manual and another electric. I asked if I could return the manual one if I didn't like it (and I would purchase the electric one). The woman suddenly became very angry at me because of this question and began yelling at me. I left immediately and bought one elsewhere. Atrocious customer service. Go anywhere else but here, there's lots of kitchen stores and online stores that won't harass and demean you for trying to buy their products.

Went to use my gift card and they didn't know how to process a gift card... for the life of them could not figure out how to use my gift card as a form of payment.
