Had an amazing experience at B at the Top Medical aesthetics. I travel from Sarnia to this place because of how great it is. So pleased with my results and cannot wait to go back each time and explore other treatments. Nicole was fabulous. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was great to have appointment reminders sent by email and text as Im not in the area and my work life can get hectic. Lexia answered all of the questions I had while providing me with great client service in such a friendly manner. They offer flexibility with booking appointments and always are understandable when something comes up and offer many alternative appointments that suit you best. Highly recommend!

Nicole is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable with the products! She was very professional, friendly, and wonderful to talk too. Nicole listened to my reasons for wanting certain products and worked with me on how to pursue with the best treatment plan. Lexi was also very helpful and accommodating with my bookings. She provided me with great customer service that definitely doesnt go without recognition! The office itself is also beautiful and I didnt feel like I was just walking into any other Drs office. The whole team was welcoming and Id recommend them to anyone looking for aesthetic services!

Unfortunately the poor character and dishonesty of the reception staff on 3rd and 4th floor leaves much to be desired. Lexia and Mila should be ashamed of themselves. They lie to the doctor about bookings that are confirmed through SMS, I have the messages, and the doctor admits this as well... appointment was confirmed. Sadly, because the reception staff are paranoid (because they should be fired immediately) they blame the patient for their errors in scheduling. Then run to the doctor and try to cover up their bad acts. Blame the patient. Since they are 'so upset' about being caught as incompetent fools, the patient is involuntarily discharged from THREE different referred medical conditions. What a lovely response! The only person there with a heart and brain is Nicole B.. A nice woman. Shame she works with such cretins.

Im sure their other services might be great and I really enjoyed the customer experience but the Botox never kicked in. I waited 3-4 weeks and nothing happened. Ive gotten Botox done at other clinics so I know how my body reacts to it. I spent about $180 on eyebrow lift, lip flip and a bit underneath the tip of the nose. The consultation was great and I was confident Id get the results I wanted but I ended up spending that money for nothing because it didnt even kick in a little bit. Not sure if we just didnt use enough units but I ended up going to another clinic and getting my desired results. The nurses here were really nice though and the place was clean and neat. Id come here to try out other services but the Botox was not very great for me. Service: BOTOX treatments
