Would not serve me unless I purchased extra services from them. I stated I would be doing the extras myself to save money. They refused to provide their service because of this. To respond to my misleading review. I requested they spray for weeds. They will not spray unless they can also apply fertilizer (something I am capable of doing myself). This service is an extra $150+ tax for their require 2 applications. They refuse to provide the requested service without fertilizing.Also, very poor customer service interaction. They were just very blunt in refusing to offer any of the service I was requesting, with no proper explanation as to why - simply that they will not do it unless I also fertilize. Poor customer service interaction. If they want to grow their business I suggest working on customer service interaction and being more friendly and engaging to help walk people through the process of their services.their response to my review is the perfect example of their poor customer service interaction (except that at least here they have a bit more detail as to why vs my personal interaction with them). Very unprofessional.
