This is a bad one booked room 209 King suite for a week, On the 3rd night around 9:30 something caught my eye, it was a bed bug! started stripping the bed found a couple more, put one in a cup took it down to the front desk guy was not phased at all as if normal, it was late so gave me another room much smaller. Told the guy i want to speak to the manager he can call me in work, no call, the following day went to the front desk again asked for the manager but was not in. Explained to a different guy what had happened he said he knew nothing, i said please tell me you haven't given that room to someone else to which a blank stare came over him. In summary no one seemed to care about bed bugs manager never called will never stay there again!
