Worst place go Security guard very rude

Worst location. Security guards are so rude and racist. They waste your time without any reason. It's the 3rd time i reached there before appointment time and they didn't load me, even no one was there. They just want to sit relax inside the office and try to waste your time.

The Security Guards are extremely unprofessional towards to every single person that enters through the door. My husband and I are both truck drivers and came in to pick up a load. We followed the made up protocol. There are no signs anywhere for trucks. The guards are very rude. We asked them where the shipping office is. He said i dont know to every question we asked. It is our first time here. To every question, the day guard yelled his response with i dont know .. figure it yourself. i dont care. I dont have time whatever. Later then it was shift change. They took down our info and asked us to sign in. The day shift guard said that we would receive a text when a dock was ready. Then, the afternoon guard stepped into the conversation and said ooooh no no i wont tell you. No call no text. Its on you. We walked all the way to shipping office and they told us that they were waiting for us. Why were we not there yet. We were made 1 hour late just because of their racism. Is this your identity as a company ? Is this what you guys represent? When anyone comes in to sign in, a Security Guard is the first person to come in contact with. If this is what the face of your company is then, I am sorry but it wont last very long. If you go on your google reviews, you will see many complaints like mine. I am not the only one that has been treated this badly here. Where did the basic code of conduct training go????

To the drivers reading this...We are all just trying to do our jobs, please, to avoid disappointment, BRING A CLEAN TRAILER AND ARRIVE ON TIME! If you have an issue at security, please inform the plant staff when you get into a dock, we will address it with management. Windsor Salt loads by appointment, if you miss your timeslot, please have your dispatch rebook through Transplace, booking is done by an outside company. It is not ideal BUT IT IS NOT OUR CHOICE. Trailer must be swept, clean and dry, it is a food grade facility. WE CANNOT LOAD DIRTY TRAILERS, not because we don't like you, but because we want to keep our job. Check in at the security gate, once you are in, pull into an open dock then go into shipping to verify your load. Thank you
