Do not work here, much better places to work at around the city. They fired my mom during her treatment of her carpal tunnel syndrome which was part of the workplace injury. She had carpal tunnel syndrome on both of her hands and had surgery on her left hand a year ago. Due to some complications in her surgery by the doctor, she was going through treatment and this company kept asking her to come work. She still had to go through her right hand surgery but they decided to terminate her, so they won't have to pay her for her medical absence and all the medical needs. They also enjoy it when they fire someone. I was clearly able to read the face of the manager when they fired her that she feeling good firing an employee that served this company for 4 years but didn't care once she was injured at work. Honestly I always felt bad my mom had to work here especially when it was hot in the building during summer hours and constantly forces their employees to switch shifts every 2 weeks. Employees never have good rest and end up breaking down before getting in their senior years. Once the employee get injured, they will start looking for ways to terminate you so you are on your own during your medical absence. WSIB also favours them so don't get your hopes up on them either.
