        My son joined HTA almost two years ago and it was the best decision i have ever made. Since he started I notice how much he has changed. Hes more open not afraid to stand up for himself, hes more confident in himself, and alot of people tell me of how great of a kid he is. At HTA they teach the kids discipline and it really shows in them. Signing my son for HTA was the best thing i did !!!! Plus the coaches are awesome

        Been going here for 6~ months now and loved every class. If youre thinking of signing up for an MMA gym look no further; everyone that attends is super friendly and the teachers are super attentive and helpful.

        My kids have been members of HTA for six months now. They do both the Extreme Karate and Jujitsu classes and absolutely love going. The instructors are knowledgeable, great with kids and make it fun and exciting. It has also made a big improvement in their behaviour and school work and most of all weve had no recent bully issues. We are so grateful to HTA!
