Megan Houlahan, Registered Physiotherapist

Very Professional Physiotherapist. Not only my whole family goes to her when needed, but other members of our close family visit her too. Megan keeps a friendly atmosphere. She is concerned whether we are following her directions at home.

I cannot recommend Megan highly enough. She listens, makes a custom plan to get you where you want to be, and she knows all kinds of modifications and progressions to try if your current exercises are too easy or too hard.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Megan - very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, and answered every question. She took the time to thoroughly explain and demonstrate every exercise. Highly recommend!

Megan is a wonderfully knowledgable physiotherapist. She was patient, listened to my concerns, and explained things in a way that makes sense so I can avoid re-injuring myself in the future. She prescribed excellent mobility and strengthening exercises for running that I still use to this day, even post-injury. I can't say enough good things about my experience with her!
