I'm a person who makes my money through being self employed. When i was looking to buy, I went through SO many mortgage agents. From bank, to private mortgage brokerages, the deals i were offered was either a TERRIBLY high intrest rate - or straight up dissapproval, since with my income, i don't recieve pay stubs. That was, until i found Mike. Mike went so far above and beyond for me to get me approved, with a good lender for a reasonable intrest rate. The amount of due dilligence, legwork and customer service I got from Mike is second to none. Seriously. Mike is an A+ mortgage agent and someone who you feel actually CARES about you and your deal. I will only use Mike moving forward on any mortgage decisions, he's worth every penny. Thank you Mike for your help with me, your constant willingness to make me happy and go above and beyond.
