        I have been a subscriber to The Windsor Star for years. I have not received my paper since November 16. I have called to report non delivery every day since with no satisfactory reason. I requested a call back from a supervisor which was not returned. I was told my account would be credited for non delivery. This non delivery is in the whole building. I was told that a paper would be dropped off each day but this did not happen. I now have them on speed dial. I am tired of calling every day with no satisfactory explanation. If this is how they run their paper I am thinking of cancelling my subscription. This is not a proper way to run a business as large as this. Very dissatisfied with the service.

        The newspaper never shares when the paper will or will not be delivered. When I first got delivery last year, I had no idea there was not a printed paper on Monday. Tried to report no paper and the answering system just said I could not report it. Took me a while and asked an acquaintance to finally get an answer. Now it's Saturday of the May weekend and I did not get a paper delivered. Is there one? Who know. This subscriber doesn't.
