Berkshire Care Centre

From a perspective from the inside looking out, this is someone's home, this is a place where someone can get help with their care and etc. Sure, we always aim for the best and the best choice is to see it for yourself. Take a tour and take a real close look at it. Be your own judge and no one will judge you for giving this (home or other homes) a chance. This is a review. It's not outdated but it's heritage. It's an old home. Been around for over 40 years and still standing. Until changes are made, this home stays and is there for those that has to stay here for care. Met many wonderful people here and staff who deserves a thank you for your time and attention!

My mom has been in here for 7 weeks now and is so happy with everyone. I personally have seen how wonderful they are. Not just with my mom but other clients that are there as well. They call everyone by their name, happily dance with them and try to make them as comfortable as possible. They have taken time to call me so I can talk to my mom, that meant a lot to my mom and me. They even called me to let me know how my mom is doing. Thank you to all the staff working here at Berkshire for all the great services you do for my mom and also for making me feel comfortable having my mom In your Care Centre

I'm currently living at Berkshire and place should be shut down. Most staff could care less about the residents and only care about their pay cheques . I've been given the wrong medication on multiple occasions and been taken off medication I need. I could go on for hours but I'll spare you by saying, just stay away.

Berkshire care center Windsor is one of the most outstanding care providers also full of amazing nurses and administratives. I want appreciate you guys for being so good to my father.
